OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Tazzarte, a brand of Digiboo GmbH (CHE-115.204.457), Schiffliweg 9, CH-8700 Küsnacht ZH, Switzerland. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tazzarte. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our artfully crafted products to you worldwide.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 — PRINT-ON-DEMAND & PRODUCTION

Tazzarte operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means each product is manufactured specifically for you after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order production process:

  • Product descriptions and colours are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process.
  • Once an order enters production with our crafting partner (Gelato), it cannot be modified or cancelled. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.

SECTION 3 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at our store.

SECTION 4 — REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our return policy is governed by our Refund Policy. Replacements for defective or damaged items are granted in accordance with the Masterpiece Guarantee, and statutory withdrawal rights apply as set out in our Refund Policy. All Tazzarte mugs are pre-designed collection items; the exemption for goods made to individual specification does not apply to our range.

SECTION 5 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The artworks reproduced on Tazzarte products are sourced from the public domain or used under an explicit licence. Tazzarte's curation, design compositions, and editorial selections are the protected intellectual property of Digiboo GmbH. Tazzarte is a trade mark registered in Switzerland (no. 824443, class 21), held by Dr. Walther Fuchs. Unauthorised reproduction of our designs or use of our trade mark is prohibited.

SECTION 6 — PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to submit false or misleading information.

SECTION 7 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tazzarte and Digiboo GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 8 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland. EU and UK customers retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
