What makes Tazzarte mugs unique?

Inspired by the tradition of the Wunderkammer (Cabinet of Curiosities), our mugs are more than drinkware. Each piece is a curated work of art, designed at our Swiss headquarters and produced locally in the USA and Europe. We turn every sip into a moment of cultural dialogue.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. To ensure that your “miniature gallery” remains vibrant for years to come, all our mugs are fully dishwasher and microwave safe. They meet the highest food safety standards in the USA, UK, and EU.

Which sizes and materials do you offer?

We offer two distinct formats: Fine Porcelain (10 oz) for an elegant feel, and high-quality Ceramic (11 oz) for daily comfort. Please check individual collections for specific artistic designs.

Which countries get free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the following markets:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Canada
  • Australia

For these markets, there are no shipping costs at checkout — ever. The price you see is the price you pay.

What does shipping cost for Switzerland?

For Swiss orders, a flat shipping fee of CHF 10.50 applies at checkout. This covers delivery from our European print hub directly to your door.

Switzerland sits outside the EU customs zone, which means your mug is shipped across the border — hence the flat fee. Production quality is identical to all other markets.

What about other countries — France, Italy, Japan, and beyond?

We ship to 18 markets worldwide. For countries outside the free-shipping zone, a standard flat fee applies and is shown clearly at checkout — no surprise charges. Current additional markets include France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, and Japan.

How long does production and shipping take?

Every mug is printed on-demand. Our process has two stages:

  • Production: 2–4 business days for printing and quality control.
  • Shipping: From the hub closest to you (USA, UK, or Germany).

Estimated delivery: USA (3–6 days), UK (3–5 days), DACH Region (4–7 days). Total: typically 5 to 11 business days.

Where is my order produced?

Mugs for US customers are made in the USA; for UK and European customers, in the UK or Germany. Local production means fast delivery and a smaller carbon footprint.

Support & Returns

What if my mug arrives damaged?

Our Masterpiece Guarantee has you covered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement — no return shipment required. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Can I return my order?

Yes — Tazzarte offers a 30-day return window for all customers worldwide. Contact us at shop@tazzarte.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

EU & UK customers: You have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for everyone.

Exception — Personalised mugs: Cannot be returned for change of mind. If a personalised mug arrives defective, the Masterpiece Guarantee applies in full.

Are the designs copyright-protected?

Tazzarte’s curation, design compositions, and editorial selections are protected intellectual property of Digiboo GmbH. The artworks reproduced are sourced from the public domain — works whose copyright has expired — allowing us to bring masterpieces by Matisse, Dürer, Klee, and others into your everyday life.
