Every Tazzarte mug is printed on-demand and shipped from the production hub closest to you — in the USA, UK, or Germany. No unnecessary freight. No customs fees within your region.

Complimentary Shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany — no minimum order required.

Production & Delivery Times

Because every mug is produced exclusively for you, each order goes through two stages:

Custom printing and quality control at your regional hub.

Shipping

Dispatched from the hub nearest to your delivery address. Estimated transit times below.

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping): 5–11 business days. Orders are processed on business days only.

Local Production — No Customs Fees

We produce locally in the USA, UK, and Germany via our partner Gelato. This means:

  • Your mug is printed at the facility closest to your address
  • No customs duties or import fees within your region
  • Faster delivery and a smaller carbon footprint

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shop@tazzarte.com.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Our Masterpiece Guarantee covers you in the unlikely event of damage or loss:

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement — no return required.
  • Lost in transit: If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

EU and UK customers retain all statutory consumer rights in addition to this guarantee.
