How to Personalize Your Art Mug

01. Select Your Canvas
Visit our collection and choose the artistic design that speaks to you. On the product page, look for the "Personalize" button — your gateway to the Tazzarte editor.
02. Add Your Narrative
Click the "Add Text" icon. Type your name, a significant date, or a personal motto.
Tip: Choose a font and colour that complements the artwork. Use the drag-and-drop tool to find the perfect composition on the porcelain surface.
03. The 3D Gallery Preview
Before we move to production, use our 3D Preview tool. Rotate your mug 360° to ensure every detail is exactly where you want it. This is the digital twin of your final product.

Because each piece is a unique, made-to-order creation, we are unable to accept returns for errors in the personalised content — such as typos or layout choices — once production has begun. Please use the 3D Preview to carefully check your text and composition before completing your purchase.
If your mug arrives damaged or with a production defect (not caused by your design choices), our Masterpiece Guarantee applies: contact us within 30 days and we will send a free replacement.
